  • I am a board-certified health & wellness coach (NBC-HWC), meaning I'm trained in coaching individuals through real, lasting change  

  • I’ve lived around the globe and love exploring new places—and new foods.

  • I’m a mom, cyclist, and former “gut sufferer” who knows how frustrating it can be to seek real answers.

  • I love diving deep into nutrition science, gut and gut microbiome health, and sustainable habits to give you the tools to transform your health—one smart choice at a time.
